Please note: Since we offer digital services and deliverables, we do not accept physical product returns or offer physical refunds.


2. General Refund Conditions

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund only under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed or expected

  • There is a proven failure to meet contractual specifications

  • You made a written refund request within 14 days of service initiation or delivery

  • We have not yet begun development or implementation of the service

3. Service-Specific Refund Guidelines

Refunds are possible within the first 7 days only if no optimization work (e.g., audits, keyword research, metadata updates) has started. Once implementation begins, a prorated refund may be offered based on the scope completed.

b. Product & Inventory Management Systems

If you cancel a project before system configuration begins, a full refund is eligible. Once initial development starts, you may receive a partial refund, minus any time and labor already invested.

c. Payment Gateway Integration

Refunds may be granted if:

  • Your gateway is incompatible and cannot be resolved

  • You withdraw before any backend configuration work begins

No refunds will be issued for completed integrations or third-party provider fees.

d. Custom E-commerce Website Development

Website design and development projects involve intensive custom work. Refunds are only granted if:

  • No design or development has started

  • A milestone-based payment schedule was agreed, and the request is made before the next phase

If design concepts have been shared or development has begun, only unbilled work may be canceled or partially refunded.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Client fails to provide necessary content or feedback in a timely manner

  • Delays are caused by third-party platforms (e.g., hosting, payment processors)

  • Change of mind after service commencement

  • Services were completed and approved by the client

  • Subscription-based fees for ongoing support, hosting, or maintenance after renewal

5. Modifications & Revisions

We are committed to delivering high-quality results and include limited revisions for most services. Please refer to your specific service agreement for how many revision rounds are included. Additional revisions may incur a fee.

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued using the original payment method

7. Chargebacks
